True Glow provides carpet cleaning (residential, commercial and apartment), and house, apartment, bathroom, kitchen, commercial, church, gym and fitness center, and office cleaning across Baltimore City and Baltimore County, Maryland.

3. Free Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge. Pricing is agreed upon before any work begins. Any estimate provided through our website or free quote tool is for general guidance only and is not a binding offer. A final, exact quote is provided before scheduling.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle, Cash App and cash. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if the job differs. If you have a concern about the work, let us know right away so we can make it right.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled directly with us. We kindly ask that you provide notice as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
